Defending Humankind Collectively in Space

Humankind is undeniably fragile. To the best of our knowledge, we are the only conscious, sentient beings advanced enough to expand beyond our planet. Yet, we currently exist on just one celestial body– Earth. When you consider the trillions of planets, star systems, and galaxies, it’s scary how vulnerable we are as a single-planet species. One planet-wide catastrophic event could wipe us out entirely, forever.

This obviously shows the necessity for humanity to expand beyond Earth and eventually beyond our solar system. However, in our journey outward, we must remain vigilant of the external threats that could jeopardize our survival. Coronal mass ejections from stars, like our Sun, could instantly cripple our infrastructure. Asteroids, similar to the ones that caused mass extinctions in the past, could devastate our species in an instant. Even before humanity begins its expansion beyond Earth, it’s extremely important that we have some form of a defense in space, around our planet and its neighbors.

We believe there must be a unified defense system to protect humanity and Earth’s other native species from external threats. Our proposed space-based defense system would focus on stopping threats such as asteroids, coronal mass ejections (CMEs), or anything else in space that poses a serious risk to the human race’s survival.

We aim to collaborate with organizations and agencies globally to build this system, ensuring the long-term protection and prosperity of humankind. Humanity is unique, and there is no species as capable of creating beauty and progress as we are. It is our duty to preserve and protect that potential for the future.
